Default Cylinder Head... Which one?

I am rebuilding my car and I need to know what kind of Cylinder heads to go with....

I dont really know anything about heads, I am getting a new crate block from the ford plant.... what do I go with????

First thing I got the crate engine brand new for free (long story)
Seems pretty strong?

Second what else could I be looking at that I could get that is better for the money saying that I paid for it?

Any help with heads?

as far as heads go man, canfield or afr would really open your motor up.

Yeah it's not exactally what your thinking though..

What type of AFR... I mean the 185cc 195cc.... Like I said I dont know much about this subject.

well need more info on what cam etc and your style of driving ie most street with some racing etc..

Well in the process I plan to change the trans. and the cam as well. So i do not know what cam just yet?
