Yeah i was planning on going with a vortech s-trim....the guy before me had one on there and it was going 10.4's in the 1/4 mile....After a while im going to run it up to 500 whp and have fun until it blows and then get a 347.....then i can have 600+whp? right?


oh btw i was planning on doing AFM Mr freeze....is that good or should i just get alcohol injection?

No, you will not be able to get 100rwhp more from a 347W. Its still a 302 block bored/stroked. Its still only "reliable" up to 450-500rwhp.

+1 ... I honestly dont get it though lol People know that they are going to split but do it anyway. I guess it would be kind of cool to say I split a block in half lol hahaha! Maybe one day when I have a few hundred and 50 hours to **** away...

Theres a few aftermarket blocks that you can go with... an R block, Dart, etc. Also, you can go with a sportman block but to be totally honest Im not exactally sure how much they are good for.

I heard that the R block was pretty good for 600-700whp....is it true?

Also how much hp do u think i have at the wheels if i ran a 12.709 at 105 1.688 60ft?
