haha, you're not even kidding dude! the 60 ft. never got any better. this car has plenty of potential but NO traction whatsoever! i'm not exactly new to having a quick car, just gotta get this one sticking! lol, at least i'm not worried about traction in my pro street car, haha.

I think I've got about the worst 60 foot times- I pulled a 3.4 60' last weekend. I was the second person to run on a track that was about 35*. Once it warmed up a little, I was able to pull a 13.998 off on my mods listed below, as well as a set of slicks. BTW- I'm desperately in need of a tune- this motor doesn't like the cam with a stock computer
Also, as far as suspension, I wouldn't worry about changing it all out. The same goes for the rear diff. A guy I race with dumps his from 5000 rpms on drag slicks every race. In the last 2 years of racing every other weekend, he has snapped 2 axles, but if you dump from a modest 3 grand or so, you won't have much to worry about.
Also, another thing I think everyone is missing---where are you racing at? If you're racing in Denver on a hot summer day its a heck of a lot different outcome compared to Utah on a cool morning. If you look around, you can find calculators that will convert your timeslip, given your track altitude and conditons, to that of a good day at sea level.
Just my $.02
