Default RE: cam installation

Since I haven't seen one of these installed, I only have my dismantled one, but I can only assume there is a pointer that will point to timing marks? Or if you can see the key in the crank, I believe that should be straight up.. However, I would just put a wooden dowel or something in teh spark plug hole (#1) and keep cranking until it's as high as it can go. On it's way up though, put your finger into the plug hole and make sure compression is building, and it's not the exhaust stroke.. Or if you can see the lifters, make sure they are all the way down.

I also threaded a long (7/16 I think?) bolt into the cam to use as a handle..
