The brackets will bolt to the head, but the bottom bolt wont go into the block. I had a vortech YS Trim on a stroker 351W and seemed to work OK. I might suggest grade 8 bolts to be safe. The 351 is taller and wider than a 302.

i don't see why not, 302's and 351's are basically the same engine , but the 351 is bored out with a 400 crank......i think
The 351w is just a taller/wider version of the 302.

The bores in both motors are 4.000"

Maybe it is the Cleveland or 351M that uses the 400 crank????

What kind of blower do you plan on installing? A cenrtifugal? 6-71?

The dude is old school but he knows his sh*t. I talked to him personally on the phone a few times discussing a blower combo for my 88..... And believe me.... I was sooooooooooooooooooooooooo close to buying one lol

YES!! Supercharge it. Paint doesnt matter, honestly im partial to sealed grey primer. It doesnt matter, people cant see the paint too well as you blow by them.
