Turbo Question
 

Hi guys im about to start setting up a turbo on my stock 5.0 engine. I need some input as to what size/model turbo I would need. I found this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Turbo...ayphotohosting and have no idea if it will be enough for this application. Im looking to run 6-8 lbs.

thats way too small for a single turbo application.... go to turbomustangs.com to get alot of good info.... im currently piecing together a home made turbo kit

if u wanna go twin then just run two turbos off a thunderbirg turbo coupe ..... but a single t4 isnt large enough for a v8....

I want to run a single, I have pipe bender and welding skills im looking to make the entire thing myself I just need some gauges and the proper turbo/wastegate setup.

yea its def possible with the right fuel set up and tuning.... im prob gonna run a 70 trim ..... like i said u should really check out turbomustangs.com cause there is a 16 year old kit that did an incredibly detailed write up on his twin t4 junkyard build up.... his name is link or sumthin.... they have a complete section for do it urself kits
