can a body shop fix this or am i going to have to buy a new kit?

more than likely any reputable body shop will be able to reapir it, or else they can tell you what you'd need to fix it, you can get replacements at latemodelrestoration.com if it comes down to it

yea, but i would much rather not have to buy a new one..seeing as the rest of it is good... i'll just see if one of my dad's buddys can fix it for me... doesn't seem like too much work but i'm not good with body work[X(]
