Default SMOG Q?

I removed the smog tube that was tied to the stock headers when I installed my exhaust. I plugged the inlet tube to my O/R x-pipe by welding a bolt into it. There is a valve that had a hose that came off of it and went to the tubing that went down to the x-pipe. Anyone have any suggestions for plugging this? My check engine light comes on so I assume it is contributed to this.
Also do O2 sensors need to be replaced?

Default RE: SMOG Q?

Pull your codes to find out what the computer thinks is worth triggering theCEL for

I suspect you will get more than one code.

Yes the O2's are recommended to be changed every 60k miles, IIRC.
