Default throttle body question

this summer i changed to the cobra manifold and added a prochamber h-pipe into 1 chamber flowmasters. then i got a little over done an added a 70mm throttle body. after doing research realized it, going to go smaller in the spring. one question though would too big of a throttle body cause the car to run bad on start up? because the stang will fire up no problem but quickly stalls w/o hittin the gas. once warm drives fine. thoughts?

Default RE: throttle body question

70 is okay if you plan on doing future mods like heads, boost etc. Yes, it probably is a bit too big for what you have right now because it can slow down your intake air velocity and you might lose some low end. You could back down to a 65 and it would work great for you. I don't think the TB size would affect your idling, but I could be wrong.
