Default any advice appreciated

so I have a friend with a 1980 Jeep CJ-7

New Fiberglass body and a frame.. stock jeep axles, 3 inch suspension, 2 inch body lift, chrome rims and 35" tires

anyways his 4 spd tranny is junk and his motor runs but is the orignal motor rebuilt and he wants more power and thinks fuel injection would be cool to have. I happen to have a 302 block(from 89 gt) with 25000 miles and a HCI swap, 70mm throttle body, mass air setup with all cooling things and such ready to go for him.

I also have a t5 with king cobra clutch still on the motor all assembled. He wants to get a stick tranny from a ford truck with a transfer case and cut some driveshafts and keep it 4 wheel drive... QUESTIONS BEING = Where is the best place to get a wiring harness/computer for a mass air fox body(ebay?) AND i believe a computer from a manual will run correctly as long as we get a stick tranny from something instead of trying an automatic.
Correct me if im wrong here.

I can do a motor swaps and HCI swaps and like to get into projects... just not a huge computer/electronics guy for putting it in some other type of car... any help would be appreciated.
