Default H pipe or not

just installed new headers to my 302 and was wondering what the difference is just running the exhaust straight back to the flow masters

Will it affect HP running straight back or will the H pipe give more HP.....

an h pipe willl give you more power all the way around, it will make it louder and deeper, what it does it when the exhaust pulses come through the are equalized through the crosseover resulting in more sufficient air flow and less restriction!

ya man see if u notice a difference, what kind of headers do u have? is it the stock h pipie cause that one is very restrictive

YA IT'S STOCK PIPE, IS THAT OK,,,, NOT SURE ON THE HEADERS CAME WITH THE CAR BUT THEY ARE LONG TUBE.

well the stock h pipe will not bolt up to long tubes!!!, u have to get a short h pipe it is much shorter to make up for the longer headers, u have to have one to run an h pipe, get a catless
