If you recently changed to fluid it might just be getting the air out. Back when we changed ours out we had to constatnly add coolant. We quit having to add some after a few weeks. Check for leaks also.

gget your self a block tester that will tell you is you HG is leaking but it could be anything seaping gasket on intake , on thermostate. water pump , or timing case cover could have a leak behind it and change yoru oil the water might not have mixed with you oil and it could be sitting at the botom of the pan
