the cobra manifold opening is 65mm so just stick with that

RE: Throttle body size

+1 always match the tb to the upper intake inlet diameter.... in this case 65mm

I agree. 65mm is plenty and a larger MAF will help out, too. The stocker is 60mm. You don't have to get a TB as big as the opening of your intake, but you DO NOT want a TB larger than the intake opening.

How do you like that Pypes X w/ cats? I've been looking at a few different X's, but wasn't sure about Pypes quality....

Thanks,

Adrian

no complaints here. good sound with the combo. Little more raspy at higher RPM's. But i guess that is the x pipes for ya. the only problem i had was when installing it the catback system was too long for the x pipe so my guy had to hack off a few inches of the cat back. Otherwise it's a solid design, small cats on it:), totally different design from stock. I've only had it on for about 200 miles or so. But it's a nice touch. i notice more high end trq as well

I've measured mine before. Stock TB is 60. Stock MAF is 55mm on the outlet side.

I would stick with a 65mm throttle body.
