Default OBD-1 Trouble Code. Please Help!

I did a self test where you count how many times the Check engine light blinks. I have a spark knock / ping when my car gets to running temp and under load. The check engine light comes on when the rpm's get around 2k. After cruising it goes away. My car is all stock.

The codes from Haynes:
172 Heated oxygen sensor unable to switch, right side
176 Heated oxygen sensor unable to switch, left side

181 Adaptive Fuel rich limit reached at part throttle, right side
189 Adaptive Fuel rich limit reached at part throttle, left side

556 Primary Fuel Pump circuit failure

Things i have replaced. O2 sensors on exhaust (is there any more?), egr, plugs, wires, distributor, fuel filter, checked timing and adjusted.

Next on the list will be the MAF. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Get the engine to op temp and run a couple of KOER/Cylinder balance tests. LUK what codes show up.

I did a KOEO today. I'll do that tomorrow. I don't need a voltmeter to do a KOER just a jumpwire to to do a self test. Correct?

CEL indicator working....use it to count the flashes. All you need is the jumper.

Changed out my MAF sensor. Fixed the codes 172,176,181,189 and 556. Reset computer and no more codes but still a spark knock/ping. Did a KOER test and came up with:

311 Air system inoperative during KOER (Bank number 1 with dual heated oxygen sensors)
314 Air system inoperative during KOER (Bank number 2 with dual heated oxygen sensors)

It obviously sounds like my O2 sensors are bad but i have changed them about 5 months ago. They are the ones in my pipes right infron/under my firewall.

Are there anymore that i am not aware of?

if your maf was messed up it would have ccasued your car to run bad enough to burn the O2's

replace them again and see if it gets better.... also try reseting your ECU by disconnecting your battery overnight

Are there only 2 o2 sensors. I've heard there could be possibly 2 more.

Thx for the info. I believe they are still under warranty but i don't have the receipt. Maybe autozone will still take them back. If they don't what 02 sensors would u suggest?
