eec relay?

where is the EEC relay located and how easy would it be to replace?

Its behind the right kick panal. Easy to replace.

as in drivers side under the steering wheel kinda? sorry i just woke up and i cant really function too well and im drawing a blank. il smack myself when i realize how dumb i am

The pass kick panel above the computer or you can open the glove box and look right
