the clutch is good when i start the car up, but after driving 20 minutes or so, or racing the car, the clutch makes a click(which is pretty loud)it comes from the outside of the car but you can hear it from the inside of the car too.it makes the sound when i press it in to the floor,also when it does that, the pedal gets easier to press in and the clutches engages later when this happens, it only does it sometimes.i think it might be the cable or something, does anyone have similar prob.this problem comes and goes, sometimes it does it sometimes it doesnt.I need help

cable might now the tight
clutch might have a weak spring in it or the plate is bad
