That might be the problem. Were the rings gapped and installed correctly? What valve springs are on the heads? A loss of compression over time might mean the rings did not seat right.

That what im leanin towards, I dont think he would let them seat properly he doesnt have the patience

check your timing dude. thats what my whole problem was earlier doing my H/C/I. do it with a non advance timing light. set it to 14* BTDC.

Well they either seat or not. I'd be more concerned to wheather the gap is right and that he off set the gaps correctly.
