Default RE: the untracable coolant leak

I had coolant leaking around a head bolt last year. It kept gettng lower and i couldnt figure it out till one day i climped under with a flash light and saw where it was dripping. But i could smell it burning from when it was dripping down and hitting the block. Is there any coolant left behind from where you park ? Or is it just gone with no trace ?
