Default Sad sad day for the 5.0 with pics

Was on my way to my girlfriend's house and was coming around this curve. Started to slide so i hit the brakes went into the other lane and hit an oncoming car....totaled

Not to kick ya when you're down, but how fast were you going around the corner to lose control like that? or was it bad road conditions, etc? Either way it sucks. And you know insurance companies never really give what they're worth...especially for the older ones.

damn, im sorry to hear that. everyone okay?

As to the car, buy it back and part it out OR buy it back and find a donor car to swap the good stuff into. I dont know what you had, so you may just want to take the insurance money and start over. If you want a low-buck replacement and arent hardcore ford crazy, the 95+ LT1 cars are pretty nice and can be had cheap. (It takes a bit to get a 5.0 to hang with them and the F-bodies in my experience have less "little ****" type problems to fix).

pics in a minute only had my cell phone camera. How does it work if i want the car back i'm pretty sure its totaled but the engine looks fine. The curve is terrible someone went by there and flipped there car like 2 weeks ago. I locked the brakes up and went into the other lane
