are you lookign for info on how to do it? If so, I would go to autozone and drop 19bucks on a haynes manual... it has all procedures the torques specs and such you will need that no one whill know off the top of thier heads

that depends on what your preference is as far as brand, what exactly you want to do as far as the setup, etc. AFR, edelbrock, canfield, trick flow make some nice heads. edelbrock, trickflow, holley are some popular intake manifolds. theres countless places to get cams. its all up to you, theres a huge selection

+1 The only benefit you get with buying a kit is taking the guess work out of it. And thats why they sell so many kits because there are so many lazy people out there who dont feel like doing a little research
