alot of ol'school painters drive there cars in primer for a full year....it kinda lets ya know how the finished would turn out if something fades or peals...like bumpers[:'(]

I sprayed the floor of my '66 2 years ago with rattlecan primer and I don't have a spec of rust, and I live in the northeast, lol.

I just picked these up.
Theres really hardly any rust on them at all. He degreased and cleaned them while I was there and theyre definately nowhere near what they look like in the pics. Alot of that must be dust and metal shavings from him cutting his floor out because he's back halving the car.
The only rust is where the paint rubbed off from hitting the body.

He went with South Side lowers because theyre adjustable and these arent.

Nice! Let us know when you put them on. It's always nice to have two people when you are doing the rear control arms.
