Default Cam Installation ?s

i have a question on what cam i can put into my stock 5.0 motor. The car jsut turned 93000 and i am goin to rebuild it. while i have the motor out i am putting in fresh pistons and rings and lower intake manifold along with new pushrods, rockers and cam. I was wondering which cam would sound the sickest without hurting me in the long run, engine malfunction wise. i would like to get some gains off of it, but mostly just looking for a bad *** sounding cam. any info is greatly appreciated.

Are you going to run the stock heads?

TF stage 1 would do alright I suppose. Why not do both the upper and the lower intake manifold? There's really no sense in just doing 1 of them.
