TF Track or TF Street????
I am gettin a comp camp that is 1600 - 5600 rpm range. I know alot of people suggest the TRACK heat manifold but the rpm range is 1500-6500. Wouldn't the street heat manifold with idle-5500 suit me better???

The street would be better, but with that cam i'm not toos ure......You wanna match components pretty closely. Why that cam ?
why wouldn't you be sure with that cam?..... because when people I've showed it too say it will rumble like a beast when I put it on.

From my knowledge all I have heard is that with that big a lift it would crush my stock springs. That is why I am getting aftermarket springs... But your saying that that will still be bad on my motor? What do you think would be a more aproapriate lift. But aggressive as possible.

You gotta worry about vavle to piston clearance....During the overlap period, bothe the exhaust and the intake valves are both open for a short period, but thats when the piston is the highest. That has to do with duration i believe, i'm still learning myself about all that.
To be safe, the most lift i'd go is about .530
