Default What offset do I need for 15x8 wheels?

I'm confused with all this backspace ****, I'm familar with offset, like +30, +40, +45, etc. so how do these numbers relate? Also, the mustang is 5x114, right, everyone refers to it as 5x4.5, which again, is new to me.

Thanks guys

That's nice and all, but I really need to know what that converts to in mm. Do you know how to do that calculation?

1 inch = 25.4 mm (so multiply not divide ;D)
