Is your ignition module on the distributor or is it remotly mounted? Did you change the module already?
Connect a test light to the battery positive and check the negative wire at the coil while cranking. Does the test light blink?

ok i just tested the tan wire to the coil while cranking and it stays at .5v
and yes its independent mount under the CAI......and what do u mean by testing the coil???

That would explain if it wasn't replaced along w/ the coil. I just assumed it was a dizzy mounted ICM.

The two wires at the coil power plug. Key on one should have 10+ volts. Test the other wire with your test light (NOT dvom) connected to battery + positive while cranking the engine does the test light blink?

You have two wires coming out of your coil right? Well one wire is for power and the other is for ground. You won't see power on both wires. "Ground" as we call it is the same as touching the negative battery cable. It is just done that way to save wire and keep things neat.
