Default Mach one.. Was it stock or not?

My friend in an srt-4 raced a mach one lastnight. The guy said his car was stock. besides a C.A.I and exhaust. The mach one had 345 wide SLICKS on the back and he said he ran a 14.1 in the 1/4 mile. He says he can spin those tires in second gear no problem. my friends srt-4 has a ported turbo. ported turbo manifold, Turbo back exhaust, a performance tune, and drag radials. he has ran a 12.4 in the 1/4 mile. The mach one beat him by 1-2 cars.. and after the race he kept saying he was stock. Do you think he was really stock? What would a mach one need to have to need those tires?

His car very well could have been stock, engine-wise, but w/ gears and slicks he would have beat an SRT4. MachI's are fast (4-valve mod motor) in stock form and have upgraded suspension.
