Default Do your back ends go all over?

Can't even race a car off the line...tried to race my friends mountainer (awd) off the line.. totally got about half a car in front of me but i caught up.. it was about 1/4 mile and i got ahead of him 4-5 car lengths.. I know i gotta work on my takeoffs but disregarding that... whenever i floor the car in 1st the back end wants to go out on me.. it doesn't go completely sideways but enough to loose traction and enough to make me ease off the gas... do your cars do this? is it because the weather outside is cold makin the ground cold 40-55 degrees? my car is a 89 lx hatch, headers,cam,exhaust,intake.. thats about it... I know i'm not pushing a whole hell of a lot of hp but still.

+1

if i floor it in first I kick to the side instantly. and if i hit second and floor it instantly im sideways bound again. and at the track when im on streets its a big joke because all i do is spin. drag radials and slicks are a must if your trying to hook.

U cant floor it in 2nd it just goes sideways :-( unless u have slicks....just advance the throttle fast enough to keep traction.

if i floor it from first on the street my tach slams the rev limiter instantly and the car doesnt move but maybe an inch or two........easton (sskiller) can vouch for that.
i took him for a ride and while going about 20mph in second i floor it and still slammed the rev limited and the car didnt excellerate at all but it looked cool with the smoke and all. 461rwhp+3200stall+3.73+street tires=no go and all smoke show
