The major factor in this is were you live? I am 18 and pay 350 a month for full coverage. I live in West Palm Beach, Florida. No moving vialation tickets either.

Your age is going to hurt hands down, but depending on where you live will make a differrence also. Get used to shopping around, I do it about every 6months both online and with the big players. Make sure you have you declaration page handy, this will give you all your coverages so you can compare apples to apples.

Good luck

Default RE: Insurance ?

I just got a quote from progressive for a 16 year old male driver with a clean driving record in Tucson AZ and it was $307 a month full coverage and $133 liability. Registered in a parents name with you as the secondary driver it cuts the price 75%.

The payment on my 2004 Corvette is only $75 more a month than what your insurance would be. There is no way I would pay that much for a 15 year old car. I wouldnt even pay the $133. I would put that money in the bank bro....insurance is a scam.

Liability on my 5.0 is $22 a month. I'm married and 25 years old.

edit: For your area it's even more $$$. I only checked one company though, you can probably find a better deal.
