hey guys i need to swap a 94-95 5.0l water pump onto my 89 5.0l block for clearance resons (the end of the 89 water pump is less then a half inch from my rad) how do i do this, i dont think it is a direct swap is it? please help me i am still real new to piston engines.

I dunno why it wouldn't be a direct swap.
My ? is what car are you putting the 5.0 into that you have sucj small clearance?

the car is a 88 rx7, once i resize my pics i will post a bunch of pics to show the clearance problems.

i thought the 89 and the 94-95 had a differnt timing cover, cause the rest of the acessories are different.
