Default Where's a Mustang chip located

My car still runs too rich. O2 sensors changed, air filter OK, Can't find a vacuum leak, so where is the chip so I can see if it is visibly aftermarket or is it possible that the original has been reprogrammed? I guess I need to get my hands on a Hayne's manual. But if someone could tell me would a Hyperchip or similar make it run too rich?
Thanks

If it is running too rich try a GT Hiperchip from GlobalTech it is fully adjustable and most cars arent set right from the factory anyway. Just google GT Hiperchip and it should come up for you. hope this helps.

really???????? bump a 5 year old thread...?? don't you think the prob is gone?? and most aren't set right from the factory?? wtf??? they are set just fine, if they were to rich or to lean they wouldn't pass emissions, and the eec 4 has adaptive strategy so it can compensate for any small issue within the window of the adaptive strategy to compensate for changes that occur, no more misinfo...thread closed.
