When I step on the gas pedal and hold it at a steady speed my car like boggs out and i should also let you know when i bought the car the dealer changed the exhaust an put some crappy exhaust on it because the other exhaust was falling off so im thinking maybe thats my problem but idk?????

Change your fuel filter and check your fuel pressure while driving and experiencing the problem to rule out a fuel delivery problem.
A sticking egr valve could also cause similar problems.

Does it hesitate or sometimes feel like it's gonna stall when starting from a stop? Possible vacuum leak.
