Default clutch replacement kit

i was just wondering what peoples opinions were on this kit. having a little trouble with my transmission and thought this might do the trick. http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...tegoryId=11251

Looks like a good deal. I changed all that on my coupe last weekend.
I would also suggest a new rear seal, pilot bearing, and a steel throwout bearing retainer.
If your having trouble shifting your syncros are going and your trans needs to be rebuilt.

definitely having a little trouble shifting. also i have to put the car in reverse before i turn it on so it won't grind.

no you dont... throw it in 5th, then reverse... try it, itll work... our reverse gear isnt syncronized...

<----90lx's bro. Dude it doesn't do that anymore since you put the tri-ax in. I never have that problem anymore, you just suck at shifting your own car[8D]

My 95 started howling as if the clutch or the clutch fingers were coming apart or worse falling into the clutch plate path. I replaced the whole assembly with a Centerforce Dual Friction only to find out that all the noise was the cheap Ford Racing throwout bearing.

No matter what kit you get, don't go cheap on that part... get a top shelf throwout bearing.
