found out what im actually gonna do with my tranny problem
my tranny went out two days ago and just figured out today wat i wana do to it....
gonna just fix up the AOD and torque converter.....but i dont know much about torque coverters...what exactly do they do? and wat else is there to make the AOD "better" while in the process?

Get a shift kit to wake up the AOD. As for the converter, the stall speed is how high you can rev the engine with your foot on the brake. This is to launch at the engines maximum efficientcy.

yeah ...the mechanic says that my car wouldnt be able to run with a 3000 stall converter installed.....i think hes wrong but thats just me...haha

so everyones for sure that my car would run properly with a 3000 stall converter...i think this mechanic just underestimates 5.0l engines..haha
