discount?..you can buy them for 159.00 shipped to your door if you can beat that I want to buy 10 sets*L*...

I think OB doesn't have much under the hood*L*

as for gas mileage I'd say when you put any new gear in your mileage will suffer mainly from your lead front as to "try them out"
Well All the bolt ons and a cam(cept for heads)
So basically the whole top end done.

It's more than most

Lucky if you have an automatic tranny, I would highly recommend the 3.73 gears instead of the 3.55's. You will like them a lot more!

here's the thing. I have 3.55 gears, I love them, im not shifting every 3 seconds like with 4.10. 4.10's are made for track mostly, also 3.73 are street/track, 3.55's are the all around best, good top speed, good acceleration,I have been up to 120 on the freeway, and I still had way more to go. 4.10 top speed is like 110, 3.73's top is like 120. 3.55 top speed is like 130. the top speed is good for freeway races. I still beat almost every car off the line. you can tell a differance when you open her up, its way better than having 2.73's,it will take about .4 off you 1/4 mile. for street driving 3.55's are the best of both world in trems of top speed and acceleration.
just my .2 cents

If you have a automatic go with the 3.73's, if its a five speed the 3.55's. The 3.55's have great highway manners. Granted, I have done some engine mods, but the last time at the track I hazed the tires in the first three gears with drag radials and 3.55's. Then drove the car home averaging 75 miles an hour. Its hard right now to get a reading on milage. I can't keep my foot out of it for an entire tank. My guess is that my mileage is a little worse, but not much.

YOU TELL 'EM OB! How would you like to have my 4.57 gears in your Stang? Now that would burn the street meats right off your fancy wheels I bet!
