Default winter mods

Just wanted your guys' opinion on some mods im thinking about doing over the winter while shes stored at my aunts heated garage . i currently have a 65 mm throttle body which i was thinking about increasing to 70mm, would that be stupid and if not, would i need to do anything with the fuel system because of the increase in available air? also would it be a good move to go from a 3.55 to a 3.73? i currently have 350 horse at the engine and i want to get it up to at least 400 by summer so i can really smoke some ricers

the pony
my car domain has a pretty full list of all the mods i have done to her.

any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated [sm=icon_cheers.gif]
