TrickFlow Intake install
i got lots of questions here i just started taking the tps sensor off and i got the throttle body loose and the coolant drained and called it a night.
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated since im really inexpierienced when it comes to this stuff.
My question for now is how do you get the throttle linkage off the throttle body? and how do i get the throttle body away from the egr spacer it seems stuck?

RE: TrickFlow Intake install
The throttle body will seem stuck, but it's not. Just take them off as a unit and pull them apart. As for the linkage, I believe it's just a pop on deal, if I'm remembering correctly. Should be able to just pop it off of the tb linkage.

RE: TrickFlow Intake install
Between the throttle body and the EGR there is a gasket, just get a flat blade screwdriver to help pry them apart. Use that same screwdriver to pop off your throttle linkage. Be careful with the lower manifold on the front passenger side, mine snapped in half when I was trying to take it out, it runs through the coolant passage ways. Be sure to tag your all of your vacuum lines also. To remove the stock upper intake manifold remove the 5.0 HO plate (on the center of the manifold), remove those two long bolts and remove the 4 around the outer edges of the manifold. I would also suggest getting all new injector o-rings as a few of them will probably tear while you're removing your injectors. Good luck! Also if you've got the time I'd get ARP bolts.

RE: TrickFlow Intake install
My trickflow stuff came with all hardware. I think you are gona need a special nut size for the intake because of clearance issues. It is very tight for the upper to lower bolts on the drivers side.
