I think I read on Kenne Bells website, that for every 10 degrees of intake temp increase, you can see about 1 HP decrease at the wheels. So likewise, for every 10 degrees temp decrease will result in a 1 HP increase at the wheels. I dont know much more about the science to it, but it makes sense.
