Default Camshaft Innovations

Well I've been trading e-mails with Jay, from Camshaft Innovations, who has come up with a cam/head combo for my 86 GT convert.

I've yet to get the details, but know it will be Canfield heads and I asked for a streetable combo to maximize performance from idle to 5,500 RPM's or so.

My question is this. Does anyone have a recommendation on pistons I should go with that will alleviate any clearance problems? I'm either going with new pistons or I'd have to get my stock one's fly cut.
