is the 94-95 stock camshaft the same as 87-93 stock cam? Also is the 94-95 cobra cam the same as a normal 5.0 stock cam?

I dont know about the sn's being the same as foxes, but i do believe the cobra cam is different than a regular gt

Yea, they have more lift.

i thinkthe only reason why they have more lift is because they use 1.7 rockers stock vs. 1.6. i might be wrong though.

considering they got the exact same hp ratings id have to say its the same as a 93 cobra cam

ok i just happen to know the specs.

85-95 5.0 HO 210/210 .444 .444 with 1.6 Rockers
93-95 Cobra 209/209 .486 .486 with 1.7

the cobra with 1.6 rockers would have a tad more lift than the old 5.0 cam, and one stinking less dagree of duration.
I could be a little bit off on the cobra lift specs but not by much

Do they have more lift or did Ford just put 1.7 rockers to make more lift? I know that they have a different duration, but I wasn't sure about the lift being that they used 1.7 rockers which increase the lift by .30.

The cobra cam has more lift than the normal 5.0 HO cam before the addition of the 1.7s

onyx is rite i do believe are cobra cams are slitly more agressive and then rockers also help as well
