That little hole under the lower intake is the oil gally hole. It has a plug that goes in there to keep the pcv from suckong oil into the system. If you pull the intake you will more then likely find that the plug has popped out and is laying on the spider rail. Just install a new plug and that will fix the problem.

If I'm not mistaken the plug is an 11/16th expansion plug.
