Raced a 03 540IL BMW
ok, so i had my first tests on my car today. I ran upon a 03 540 BMW, and he started revving his motor. So I cam across an intersection with him and he jumped on it, I floored it and was spinning and was still keeping up with him. that pissed him off, and he jutted in front of me when we slowed down and he gunned it again. we got at the next light and we left at green, I spun real badly, course I was trying to, and he started to pull on me. I shifted to second and I spun PAST him and kept spinning for about 75 more feet, hooked finally, and spun hard in 3rd. Pulled 6 lengths on him. He still didn't want to go home after that, so he kept playin, and he gunned it, and I gave him 5 lengths before I rolled on it. I had it in 3rd and floored it and reeled him in and proceeded to weld his doors shut. he turned at the next light.
Next race was a buddy of mine, he was behind me in the last race. his car is 94 gt, 3:73, ported polished bigger valve gt 40 heads, ported polished stock upper lower intake bolt ons, 10.5:1 comp 306 with polished forged crank and rods, forged pistons. Went from a roll and we stayed together cause I spun so badly. (another 100' 2nd gear spin) OH, I have 245/50/16 kumhos on pony wheels on the car BTW. I pulled him bad in 3rd and he gave up. 2nd run was from a dig and I spun again in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. I pulled on him from the start, and he came back a little in 2nd and I caught trction and pulled him by at least 7 cars. His car is quick non the less. I will give him that, but I know I am quicker. If I hadn't have spun, I would have left him and the beamer like it was nobodys buisness. hehe. I love playin on the street.

oh, I got stickier tires, but not on the car now. I thought it was funny though how I pulled em both with me spinning as bad as I was. I have DRs for the car, just not mounted on rims yet.
