I so hope so! The front got dented in a little so the fan is rubbing otherwize all the fluid's are still there and the motor and exhaust and frame looks ok. I am going to meet an insurence inspector tommorow at 10 am. I'm not sure what the outcome will be?

Whats the big deal? you can fix that easy.

they will probably deem the car a total loss...if you have full coverage you can buy the car back...if you dont have full coverage the car is yours anyways..just pay the wrecker fees....its hard to tell from the photos but most of the damage looks comsmetic...fender, door, windshield, qtr glass and qtr can all come from a junk yard for not much $$$..the qtr is not easy to put in but if you know people in the body shop world that can be done...does not look like there is any unibody damage from what i can tell...need to see gaps on boths sides of the car...check the front wheels..if they are pointing in the same direction then there is not much suspension damage...if it was me i would keep it and rebuild it...
when dude pulled out in front of me and i got in my accident with my red car i did 5100.00 dollars worth of damage to my car, and the insurance co. wrote a check, and didnt consider it totaled, so you never know. best of luck to fixing it though, and sober up!
