Default cylinder head question

ok so ive been lookin at some gt-40 heads

I was just thinkin about it and I guess ive only been lookin at the upper... do I need to upgrade lower also. I guess I just don't heard people talkin about the lower that much. Sorry if this sound dumb to yall, but I am just learning.

yeah are you talking about heads? becasue when you get heads there isnt an upper or lower. Upper/lower refers to the intake manifolds, and in that case yes it is much more beneficial to have both

you shouldnt need a lower but it would be better to upgrade that since your gonna have it apart already

i got a bran new trick flow track heat intake. upper / lower im lookin to sell, $350 + ship , and afr 185's but pistons prolly need flycut. srry if wrong section

get the edelbrock performer rpm intake or the gt-40/cobra intake. and yes id def. get the lower along with the upper.
