another route to consider, if you want to be able to spin the 315's a bit better, get yourself a fully locked diff. that will spin 315's no prob

adder your tires look good, i like how they're flush w/ the fender. I hate how the stock wheels are sucked so far in esp on the rear, hate it.

What you're saying about the tires makes sense but it cant always be true, otherwise drag cars wouldnt run those huge slicks right? I figured the narrow tires might grip better on the same rim b/c if you stuff too large of a tire on a narrow rim it wont lay well on the pavement and causing worse traction...

drag cars are a different story, but they dont get their traction from a wide tire, they get it from a TALL tire.

a taller tire will increase the footprint of a car more than a wider tire will... thats one of the main reasons why people run 28" tires

as far as the tire being stretched.. i was running the 275's on my 9" wheels, and the 315's on my 10.5's

This is ONLY a street setup for me. I am going to be buying a set of Weld Prostars (and painting the centers black of course) and running 26x10.5x15 drag radials

i wasnt saying that i have a hard time spinning them.... infact, its easier to spin my 315's than it is to spin my 275's
