I was planning on putting a new motor in the stang next month, but right now im trying to figure out what motor im gonna use. iwas leaning towards a windsor. but i would like to know where i could pick one up cheap, and overhaul it w/ forged internals.
any sugestions would be greatly appreciated

Junkyard, forums, ebay, newspaper, etc.

94-98 F-250 pick-ups had windsor option and were roller cam blocks.

then have it rebuilt with forged pistons, stock crank and upgraded rods with ARP connecting bolts and main studs
will be plenty strong.
