Is the intake 2 parts plus the MAF? If so it'll prolly look like this when assembled:

Yea, just take your time with it, you'll see where everything goes once you start to put it on. You can notice a tad bit of a difference, but not much, you'll get more colder aire, which is good.

Yes COLD AIR=GOOD, prolly wont notice much in the seat but definitely helps it breathe better and cold air is good, prolly get the same response from a replacement K&N in your air box though, but would not look as nice as a chromed pipe feeding that engine!
