Is the body on your 90 in good condition? How many miles are on the engine?
If i were you and the body is in bad shape but the motor is great. Find a nice lx and drop the motor into it! you can find a clean body for cheap probably. Hopefully with atleast 7k left you can do alooooooooot of work to it man.
Or sell your 90 and add that on to the money you have now and buy a already built notch if you dotn want to build one yourself. With 10k in hand for mods you can have alot done man.

id like a supercharger, its cheap HP.
I dont know what you consider cheap, but a good blower with all supporting mods is anything but cheap to many people on here.

"Techniclly" its cheap horsepower, but im not rich, im very far from it, ive been saving since i was like 7. My 90 Gt is ok body, rust on front and rear quarters, bad paint no chassis rust, 237000 miles...the motor has never been rebuilt, ive replaced the head gaskets, and tranny (Blew 1st one). Its got lots of electrical and "technical" problems, the actual car is in decent shape.

cheapest thing to do is find a car that is already built by someone for round $5 or $6K and then spend the extra $4K on a few addons like a new KB or Paxton or Procharger or Vortech, and if i were you just go to summit and get you some 3" flomasters and a 3" x pipe and dump it, its a bitch to run the 3" all the way back and you cant do it if you are lowered either save some money man

that system sounds killer though, and yes, NY is the most F'ed up state when it comes to modding ur car. If i dont go turbo or S/C, will the exhaust be fine, i wouldnt mind building a motor, i have 3 in my garage. I love the sound....
