the input shaft isn't realy a "weak point" isn't just a disadvantage because we have to look a little harder to find the tranny we need, unless you know how to do tranny work or know someone like me that will do it cheap... the major down side to the sn95's are the weight, and the computers... the computer can be taken care of easily with a tweecer, and weight is a little harder but with a back seat that weighs about 50-75 lbs. we can drop the weight differenct relativaly easier we just have to be smart about it

I don't see how or why someone would be proud of being an *******. Sure his advice is usually correct but his answers always have a smartass tone to them and for the people that know him personally, is that how he talks in real life? I don't see him having many friends if all he does is walk around saying stuff like that to people.
"Hi sir, would you like paper or plastic?"
"What do you think, honestly. No seriously guess."
"Umm, plastic?"
"No you idiot! I could suffocate if it covers my face!"
"Ok then, paper?"
"That could start a fire in my car and I could lose control and kill a bunch of other people. I can't believe you didn't know that."

Idk, that's just how I see him conversing in daily life.

personaly that would be something i would say just to be a smart *** and get people to laugh, maybe me and adder just have a poor sence of humor, but mine is all in good fun, and once you get to know me a little you can see that... i'm sure adder is the same way... i mean i get pissed off when people tell me i don't know what the hell i'm talking about, expecially when i know i'm getting the info right since i have about 20 notebooks full of notes from classes that i pay $1230 for every 6 weeks i know i don't know every thing and if i'm not sure i make a point of saying hey i might be wrong but when someone calles me out on it and i explain why i'm right and people still say i'm wrong o man i hope you not standing next to me saying that[:@] i'm a level headed guy untill you question my intellagence

I didnt answer you before because i wanted to double check on something i had seen in a write up about the TKO transmissions.

Where you aware that the TKO500 and 600 BOTH offer "8 optional shifter locations to conform to your custom ride"

so as to why the tko is the same between 79-95... its because they put the shifter in a different place.... which if you read the page on the T-5 history it clearly states " With the introduction of the SN95 Mustangs, the bell housings in both 3.8L and 5.0L were made deeper to place the T-5 shifter in the correct location to the body."

As you can see, it makes no reference to the clutch being an issue, mearly so ford could get the shifter in the right place.
