by any chance do you have a boat ?

cuz the aod would be a free anchor , then you can swap to a t5

$2000 for -1 sec ET , only gonna see those gains dollar for dollar from nitrous. and everyone knows that **** will blow your car up fo sho do

lentech all the way if you insist, converter, vb and oil cooler. anything below 3000 stall you will be pi$$ed

aight...where do you get that at?

and id it hard to install?

also i see you have a trango shift kit...what is that?
Someone already posted the link for the Lentech Valve Body. The transgo shift kit basically does all of the things that the lentech valvebody does, but not quite as good, lol. It firms up the shifts, etc.

ill make this easy for you
3000+ stall from www.edgeracingconverters.com
shift kit or manual valve body from www.lentechautomatics.com
hardened input shaft, alto red clutchs + kolene steels, A+ OD servo, 2" OD band from www.ford-aod.com

should hold 550-600hp

About how much would that cost? I'm thinking about doing a t5 swap but if it's cheaper I would rather rebuild my aod.

well you can buy a kit form that link. depending on your year it will range $370-$430. and that includes what they call a shift correction kit.

in pieces,
the input shaft is $164
they have the A+ servo for $143 but ebay has the A++ servo for about $100
clutches will cost you $208-$265 depending on your year

i plan to buy a lentech manual valve body for $470ish then either build it yourself or take it to a shop. labor will be $600+ for sure. more if the shop has to pull your tranny and reinstall it. itll be cheaper if you take the tranny out and take it to a shop.
