I don't know man that shioooooooot is tight! I would try to run a 90 under the engine and put it in the front some how.

that right there is reason enought not to go with a procharger That supercharger should be on the left! Closer to the intake.

there is plenty of room where the stock air box was they should have designed it that way! Would make it alot easier for you guys! Look how much pipe he has on the shiooooooooot! Looks like a plumber went crazy LOL

The reason for the design is for the location of the intercooler.

I think if you had a pic from the side we could help more...but by what I can see, your best bet would be a heat sheild over you header. I would also remove the hood seal to help cool the air more. I don't think you can do much else with out restricing the air flow.
